These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the use of financial and e-commerce/marketplace store analytics services (“Services”) provided by PT eCommerce Growth Indonesia through https://www.getmo.id/ (“GetMo”) to you (“User”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
a. Our Services aim to provide you with valuable insights and data analysis related to your e-commerce/marketplace store’s performance, following with financial analytics and business trends.
b. The data and information presented through our Services are generated from the data you provide or grant us access to, as well as data retrieved from the e-commerce/marketplace platforms you operate on.
a. User hereby stated and guarantees that the User is at least 16 (sixteen) years old or is married and is not under guardianship and the User legally has the capacity and has the right to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If the User does not comply with these conditions but continues to access or use the site and Services, the User declares and guarantees that the User’s actions to open, access or carry out other activities on the site have been approved by the User’s parent or guardian. User consciously willing to comply with these Terms & Conditions, and is willing to waive any of his/her rights in accordance with this Terms & Conditions based on the applicable laws of Republic of Indonesia.
b. User understood that 1 (one) email can only be used to register 1 (one) GetMo account.
a. Service Fee might be charged for premium features such as Premium Features.
b. The Service Fee will be charged monthly and/or annually based on User choice when purchasing the premium features.
c. User hereby state that the premium features is purchased consciously without any duress. User hereby guarantee and release GetMo from all lawsuits for violations committed by User.
a. You grant us the necessary permissions and access to collect, analyze and process your financial and marketplace store data for the purpose of providing the Services.
b. We may store and use the data in an aggregated and anonymized form to improve our Services and for research and analytical purposes.
c. We will handle and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
a. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information through our Services, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the data and insights presented.
b. You acknowledge that the data may be subject to variations, inaccuracies, or delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to e-commerce/marketplace platform API limitations or technical issues.
a. All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are the property of GetMo.
b. User are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes only.
a. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities, including but not limited to data scraping, reverse engineering, or any unauthorized attempts to access our systems.
b. You shall not resell, lease, sublicense, or distribute our Services to any third party without our prior written consent.
a. Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
b. We disclaim any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage caused by the use of our Services or reliance on the data provided.
a. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
b. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the use of the Services during the preceding six months.
You agree to indemnify and hold GetMo, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against GetMo by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.
a. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and such changes will become effective upon posting on our website or through the Services.
b. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
a. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by deactivate your account.
b. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any harmful activities.
a. If the User uses the Services available on GetMo, User hereby declares that he/she understands and agrees to all terms and conditions that are specifically regulated in connection with the services used.
b. All matters that have not been and/or are not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in these features will fully refer to the terms and conditions of GetMo in general.
c. By agreeing to the GetMo Terms & Conditions, User is deemed to comply with the GetMo Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Indonesia.
